Sales Project Manager

Your main responsibilities
– Lead generation in the B2B segment, identification of potential;
– Negotiation with clients to achieve mutual benefit;
– Management of new client needs;
– Preparation of commercial offers, discussion of initial terms;
– Contract drafting and negotiation;
– Understanding and presenting the company’s systems and services to new clients.
Requirements
– Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher);
– Proven experience in B2B sales;
– Strong communication skills;
– Excellent negotiation and client needs identification skills;
– Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset;
– Experience in planning sales activities;
– Proactivity in improving work quality;
– Must be a native Lithuanian speaker.
Bonus points for
– Experience in sales of IT systems and/or services.
– Participation in public procurement.

Salary
– 2500-5000€/month. (gross);
– Incentive bonus system — the opportunity to earn more.
