- Initial analysis for standard installation;

The self-service portal allows the employees of the business entity to see both personal and employment-related information (working conditions, unused annual leave balances, work equipment provided for material responsibility, medical examination time, receipts, to submit annual holidays, days off, absences, etc. request and plan annual vacations, get to know the procedures of the business entity, compile employee work schedules and keep records of working hours in the journal.
The self-service portal has the option to give team leaders, managers, or employees in similar positions access to the data of subordinate employees assigned to them (Manager Self-Service Portal).
The business entity can conduct employee performance evaluations (prepared according to the SMART methodology) or conduct surveys on the Self-Service Portal.
Specify how many different personnel documents you will create from the BONUS system (e.g., employment contracts, an addendum to the employment contract, vacation order, etc.

An Excel file of a predefined format/structure provided by the Supplier is used for importing data into the BONUS system.

The BONUS system deducts amounts exceeding the limit set for the employee from bills submitted by communication service providers (Bitė, Tele2, Telia.)
The reports generated in the BONUS system enable you to verify the outcome of future salary calculations for a given period based on the data compiled in the system.

The BONUS system uses Excel files provided by the Supplier in a specific form/structure for data import.
Calculation and declaration of income tax for employees working in foreign countries.
Specify how many income tax units (based on countries) will be calculated in the BONUS system.
The BONUS system allows you to import the amounts of credits or deductions based on the periods, according to the structure of the Excel file used by the client.
Transferring accruals, deductions, and vacation balances for a given period using prepared Excel file templates.
Transfer of accrued credits, deductions, and vacation days for a given period using the WebService web interface.
The Bonus system allows you to create and send documents in FFDATA format through the Sodros WebService network interface upon request. The standard EDAS form editing functionality is opened in the browser, where you can check, print, download, and sign documents.

The price of the standard BONUS system package includes monthly licensing and system hosting services designed for a single business entity (with up to 25 employees) and one system user. In addition to the system itself, the purchase also includes maintenance and support services from our team of specialists.
