We, UAB “Logos data” (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”), value and protect the privacy of our clients. Therefore, we only collect and process data necessary to carry out our activities.

We handle personal data lawfully, transparently, and fairly, with predefined purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. We aim to ensure that personal data is accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored, and protected.

When handling your personal data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal requirements concerning personal data processing.

1. In this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), we clearly and transparently set out the data collection and usage principles we apply. By reading this document, you will learn how we process your personal data, where we obtain it from, and your rights as a data subject.

This Policy applies to all individuals visiting our website, www.labbis.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to all actions you perform on the Website, such as sending us inquiries, as well as all individuals applying for job vacancies on our Website and providing information about themselves for this purpose, and all individuals calling us, when conversations with them are recorded (we always inform you about recording the conversation before it starts).

Before using the Website, we will ask you to choose whether you agree to the collection of information about your actions on the Website and redirect you to read more about our Policy. If you’re using the Website, it means that you have read and agreed to this Policy and the purposes, methods, and procedures for processing your personal data specified therein, taking into account the information about the collection of information about your actions on the Website to which you have agreed..

This Policy also intends to inform you about other personal data processing operations we perform and the main principles designed to ensure your privacy.

g) ensure that your personal data are processed in a manner that, by applying appropriate technical or organisational measures, ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.

How do we collect your personal data?

4.1. We process your personal data obtained in the following ways:

a) when you provide us with personal data. You provide us with your personal data when you submit inquiries on the Website, communicate with us by phone, email, or submit your resume. When you contact us in writing, by email or by phone, we will retain the phone call and chat data (which we record when speaking on the phone, as announced at the beginning of the conversation);
b) when you use the Website. When you use the Website, certain information (such as IP address, type of internet browser used, number of visits to the Website, viewed pages of the Website, time spent on the Website, demographic data, and, if you arrived at the Website from a third-party website – the URL link of the page) is collected according to your choices;
c) when we receive your personal data from other entities in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and/or this Policy.

5.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes:

a) In order to ensure the quality of our sales and services and to respond to your inquiries about our products, solutions, or services. You provide us with your personal information when submitting requests to us through the Website, by email, when communicating with our team by phone, or by submitting messages regarding the Website or the services we provide. If you contact us in writing, by email, or by phone, we will retain the correspondence or audio recording (call recording). Personal data is processed for this purpose:

By completing the employment form or providing us with information about themselves, the user expresses their consent to participate in the current or future Company’s employment process. This consent applies to all documents submitted during the employment process.

d) For the purpose of ensuring the functionality of the Website and improving it. When you use the Website, certain data is automatically sent to us. This data is non-personal information used to improve the content, functionality and attractiveness of the Website.

5.2. We do not request or process your personal data about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in trade unions, as well as health data or data related to your sex life and sexual orientation. In the event that you provide us with such data when using the Website or in any other way (in writing, by e-mail, or by phone), it will be deemed that you have provided such data with your consent. Accordingly, we will process this data together with other data you provided in the manner specified in section 5.1 of the Policy.

Do we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes?

6.1. Yes, we may use your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing in order to provide you with offers, newsletters, and information about our goods and/or services, and products or services of persons and partners that we believe may interest you. We will only use your personal data for this purpose if you have given your consent.

6.2. For this purpose, we process the personal data specified in section 5.1. (b) of the Policy.

6.5. We may combine the information we have about you with the information that third parties have in order to provide you with offers and newsletters.

If you give your consent to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we may use your personal data to analyse and improve the effectiveness of our websites, advertising, market research, and other marketing and sales purposes of the Company. In this case, we will use your data in an anonymous form.

6.7. Even if you’ve given your consent to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can easily withdraw your consent for all or part of the processing of your personal data. You can do this by:

a) notifying us of your refusal of the offers or newsletters you receive by email, or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” or similar link in the offers or newsletters;
b) sending us a request to the email address specified in this Policy. The request must clearly state your name and surname. If you request to withdraw your consent in this way, we may ask you to provide identity documents.

6.8 If you withdraw your consent, we’ll stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes as soon as possible.

6.9. Withdrawal of consent does not automatically oblige us to delete your personal data or provide you with information about the personal data we process, so if you want us to perform these actions, you need to specify such a request separately.

7.1. We collect information about you using cookies and similar technologies. To whom do we share your personal data?

8.1. We guarantee that your personal data will not be sold, provided, or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legal basis, nor will it be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected. We will not disclose your personal data in any other way than explained in this Policy. However, we reserve the right to provide information about you if we are required by law, law enforcement or prosecuting authorities.

8.2. We may transfer your personal data to companies that help us carry out our activities and for direct marketing purposes. We require such partners to process your data only by our instructions and applicable data protection laws.

8.3. We may disclose the data we collect about you to the following third parties:

a) third-party service providers (such as technical service providers we have contracts with, including carrying out actions for sending newsletters or other marketing activities);

How long do we store your personal data?

9.1. We keep your personal data no longer than is required by the purposes of data processing or as specified by laws if they establish a longer data retention period.

9.2. We aim not to keep outdated or irrelevant personal data, so only current information is stored after updating. Historical information is kept if required by law or for our business activities.

9.3. The storage periods for your personal data for each purpose of use are separately indicated in section 5.1 of the policy.

How do we store your personal data?

10.1. The data we collect from you will be within the European Union (EU) territory and will not be transferred outside of the EU.

10.2. Unfortunately, transferring information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we take great care to protect your personal data, we can’t guarantee data security when you transmit data to the Website. What are your rights?

12.1. When processing personal data, we protect your rights under the GDPR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. As a data subject, you have the following rights:

a) to be informed about the processing of your personal data;
b) to access your personal data that we process;
c) to request the correction, completion, or rectification of your inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data;
d) to request the erasure of your personal data when it’s no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
e) to request the erasure of your personal data when it’s processed unlawfully, when you withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data, or when you do not give such consent but it is necessary;
f) to object to the processing of your personal data or to withdraw the consent given earlier;
g) to request the suspension (except for storage) of the processing of your personal data if there is a dispute or a need to verify the lawfulness and accuracy of the data, and in cases where we no longer need your personal data but you do not want us to erase it;
h) to request, if technically feasible, the personal data collected based on your consent or for the performance of a contract in an easy-to-read format, or to request its transmission to another data controller.

12.2. We will strive to ensure the implementation of your rights as a data subject and to create all necessary conditions for these rights to be effectively implemented. However, we reserve the right not to fulfil your requests when it’s needed to ensure:

a) compliance with the legal obligations imposed on us;
b) national security or defence;
c) public order, prevention, investigation, detection, or prosecution of criminal offences;
d) important economic or financial interests of the state;
e) prevention, investigation, and detection of violations of official or professional ethics;
f) the protection of your or other people’s rights and freedoms.

12.3. You can provide us with requirements related to the implementation of your rights in person, by mail, or by other electronic communication means. After receiving your request, we may ask for documents proving your identity, or any other information related to the request.

12.4. After receiving your requirements, we will respond to you no later than 30 calendar days from the date we received your request and the date of providing all necessary documents for the response.

12.5. If we deem it necessary, we will suspend the processing of your data, except for storage, until your request is resolved. If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately, but no later than 30 calendar days, terminate the processing of your personal data, except for cases provided in section 12.2 of this Policy and cases provided by law, i.e. when we are obliged by law to continue processing your data, or when we are required to do so by court decisions or mandatory instructions from authorities.

12.6. If we refuse to fulfil your request, we will clearly indicate the reason for it.

12.7. If you do not agree with our actions or response to your request, you can file a complaint with the competent government institution.

Where can you file a complaint?

13.1. If you want to file a complaint about our data processing, please provide it in writing, giving as much information as possible, using the contact details provided at the end of this Policy. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

13.2. If you believe that your rights under GDPR have been violated, you can file a complaint with our supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate, although we will first try to resolve any disputes with you.

How will this Privacy Policy be changed?

14.1. All changes to our Policy will be posted on the Website. If necessary, we will inform you about them. The new Policy terms may also be posted on the Website, and you may need to read and agree to them to continue using the Website and/or our services.
